Eligible Exhibit Items: Vendors must exhibit great quality

Total booth size for exhibitors is approximately 10' x 10' outside. Certain spaces may be oddly shaped due to the need to accommodate as many vendors as possible. The event is weather-dependent and may be cancelled due to inclement weather. We have a designated area for all market vendors, which includes both under the venue and outside the venue. Spots will be given on a first-come, first-served basis.

The festival committee reserves the right to decline exhibitors that do not meet the expectations or quality and attractiveness of display indicated in photos. We must consider other vendors with regard to fair market opportunities. We will not allow multiple vendors or the same company or product.

Setup: ALL VENDORS MUST REGISTER. Vendors may set up on Saturday between 8:00 am - 10:00 am. 

Vendors must be completely set up by 10:30 am. All vehicles(besides Foot Truck/Trailer) must be out of the exhibit area by 10:30 am on Saturday and in the vendor parking lot. Violators will be towed. Vendor parking is near the festival. All vendors must remain until 5:00 pm on Saturday. The Hidden Haven Estate assumes no responsibility for accidents, loss, or damage to persons or property at any time during the event.

Vendor shall indemnify, defend and save harmless Hidden Haven Estate, its officers, agents and employees from and against any and all loss, cost(including attorneys' fees), damage, expense and liability(including statutory liability and liability under workers' compensation laws) in connection with claims, judgments, damages, penalties, fines, liabilities, suits, administrative proceedings, arising out of any act or neglect by Vendor, its agents, employees, contractors, invitees, representatives, in, on or about the Facility.
